Underdata Terms of Service.

These terms govern use of the Underdata website and any private-beta access approved by Underdata.

Private beta access

Underdata is a managed SaaS available during private beta by invitation or approval. Access may be limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued while the service is being evaluated and improved.

Acceptable use

You may not use Underdata to violate laws, infringe rights, attack systems, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, interfere with service operation, or process data you are not authorized to use.

Workspace and account responsibility

Customers and users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, managing workspace access, and ensuring that people invited to a workspace are authorized to use the connected data and workflows.

Customer data

Customers retain responsibility for the data they connect to or submit through Underdata. Underdata uses customer data to provide the managed SaaS, execute requested workflows, support review and publishing features, secure the service, and meet applicable obligations.

Review and published results

Underdata helps teams create governed workflows, reviewed answers, dashboards, and data apps. Customers remain responsible for reviewing results, confirming business decisions, and deciding how results are shared or used.

Availability and changes

Private-beta features, integrations, limits, and availability may change. Underdata may modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the service and may update these terms as the product and commercial model mature.

Subscriptions and plans

Private-beta access, workspace limits, commercial terms, and any subscriptions or plans are agreed directly with each customer. Public pricing is not offered on this website.

Disclaimers

The website and private-beta service are provided without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Underdata does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or that every workflow will meet a particular business result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Underdata will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
